Thank you Kane!
Kane has helped us more than one time, and he's always super helpful and patient with any questions that we may have in regards to our server. He helps make our gaming experience much more calming and more fun. It feels much more worth it to pay for said server when it runs so nice and smoothly. Kane is amazing with customer service and doing anything that he can to help. It means a lot to see.

Support staff are incredible
honestly still feel bad for this but I had multiple issues trying to run a create above and beyond server. Talked with the support staff who were very open and helpful whenever I asked a question. I say this seriously, some of these people need a big-time raise!

WOW!
My Live Chat responder Nic King, truly is a king. He was fast to help me with my many questions. Very patient, and understanding. The whole process of purchase was VERY straightforward and easy to do. With the assistance of Nic, I was able to figure out how to install Forge AND a custom selection of mods to my server in mere minutes. This was a wonderful experience all together.
