Horrible Hosting site have had nothing…
Horrible Hosting site have had nothing but issues so far. The Dns has not been working for days so I cannot access the admin console, we are trying to change the game mode to hard and some other things like mods to add but cannot. One of the reasons I went with this server hosting was because they insured incidents like this don't happen, also on their website they say they have expert live chat support. This is not the case tried to get some help from an "agent" was met with a pretty bad help menu as no agents were active so I was asked to send an email which I did, I still haven't heard back after 2 for the email either. Not sure if the people working just up and left or what but pretty annoyed, considering I spent $60 for this month.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience so far. We were unaware of the specific issue you were experiencing with your Panel, but as soon as an agent was available, they were able to fix get it resolved within a couple of minutes. I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had so far, and we would love to find a way to make it right. If you do run into any other issues, reach out to us as soon as you can. While we don't have 24-hour support at the moment, we do have staffed hours throughout the majority of the day with agents who are happy to help. - Patrick
