great customer support
not experienced this top class support all my life had problems all day trying to fix stuff to make my server run but no avail but thanks to Brian he come in identified my problems in 2 secs and im back on my game having fun w my mates i highly recommend thank u again

dylan was very good helped with… sorting mods and helping when the server didnt run
dylan was very good helped with everything i thought it was impossible but he helped and made me not regret buying a server bc it was to like overwhelming but dylan sorted it for me

Brian is the best
Brian not only explained clearly and simply my problem and its solution but even manually installed a beta version of Neoforge to my server because it wasnt available yet. 1000/10 Service and will be using simplegamehosting from now on!

Helping me install a modpack on my server Elijah has helped me two times today and both times he stuck by me being calm and helpful while i have no experience with computers it was truly a enjoyable experience that solved my issue.
