I signed up for 3 months and this last month my hydration app quit working. It has helped to keep me on track. I guess you could say it made me more accountable. I will not sign up again at this time because of me staying on track with dealing with family health issues.

This is a typical company that gets you on the front end with a low cost and auto-renews at a higher rate. When this happened to me I immediately contacted them to cancel my "subscription" and get a refund but they only offered to refund half or the lower rate I entered with. This is how they make money. They don't really care about you!

AVOID! They keep charging you for nothing. I cancelled my prescription, cancelled the app, after 3 months they charge me 60+ euro! Claiming that I did not cancel. With a cancelled prescription, cancelled app and zero activity in the app it was more than obvious that I should not pay anything to them. Worst app ever.

I cancelled my subscription 1 day after joining for $29.99. That was for 3 months. Then I receive a receipt charging me $29.99 and $36.00. I told them i cancelled and need my money back. They said I have to show I used the fasting for 15 days. And because I did not, I don't qualify to get my money back. That doesn't even make sense. I cancelled within 30 days, as they said, I should qualify!

Simple would not work with me when I was charged twice for their app, that I didn’t sign up for, AND didn’t show up on my app purchases. They are rude and unhelpful. Can’t review the app because I never had it, or wanted it.

This company is as fraudulent as I have ever encountered. I cancelled after 4 days due to the fact they misled the actual amount back in Oct. 2023. I received an email confirming it was cancelled. Now 1/2/24 they charged me even more and said they never agreed to cancel. I'm warning EVERYONE TO AVOID this company as they are simply liars.

This company is such a scam… for hardworking people who tried it for a few days.. yes a few days only and then for got to cancel by 1 day yes 1 day and still charged. What is funny a company uses analytics to track how much you use the app, so it was easy to see that it was never used after day3 or 4… but charged to resubscribe months later… talked to customer service.. no help.. that is how you treat the public with rising cost…. Bad business practice. Do not use this product!!!!!!!

If I could give less than one star I would!! This is a scam company! They were not entitled to take money for a free trial and I changed my account number and they still are managing to charge my account! I has been a nightmare letting everyone know my changed account and still it didn’t stop them.
