When I entered their facility in Scottsdale off 94th street I stood 5 mins. In front of their intake person before she said oh as she was working on her computer (arm reach away). Meanwhile another girl came up sat in h the chair next to her, popped open an energy drink while talking to a coworker talking about somebodies hair online. Finally the other lady so oh, so you have an ID? Yes, took it and then handed me a form on a clip board and said “fill it out” quote unquote. I’m furious at this point. From there downhill. Images of neck and spine 9/11/26, today 9/30/26 I received a call from Mayo Clinic stating they can’t schedules me without the images from SimonMed. I was told by SM that images would be sent four times over the past 13 days, nothing zero. You can’t fax images, the pages are black. I was assured by an intake lady from Mayo Clinic that she would step up and get it done, last Friday 9/25/26. Today I received a call from Mayo Clinic stating “we need images from SimonMed on a CD as fax pages are black and legally they cannot email them. She stated they need to be put on a CD and carried to our office. SM never told me that. I have a budging disc in my neck creating numbness and tingling in my fingers on left hand making it hard to use, plus waking me at night. For over 50 day this has been going on, from a failed x-Ray to an MRI. The other reputable HC facility (edicine, north Scottsdale stay away from there) billed everyone, got paid and never responded to my VM or email, still open. Medicare is investigating. Our healthcare system is completely in the toilet. I will go directly to SimonMeds corporate office and make my case. This is disgusting. Over $5,000.00 a year for HC and this is the service you receive. DO NOT GO TO SIMONMED, it’s a disaster.

I've never written a review before but felt compelled to because my experience was so terrible. It's been a month since I was given a prescription for an MRI of my knee and I've been on so many calls trying to get this done and they've rescheduled on me 3 times. I've never had such a difficult experience trying to get medical care in my life, and I have to get a lot of medical care. I would absolutely not use them ever again.

The ONLY way to stop the robo calls is to cancel! How moronic are the executives!?? You have to love Robocalls in order to work with them. In other words, you have to tolerate harassment in order to want to be their customer. Well I had better trust them with my health then because they are just geniuses . . . NOT!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in getting an MRI. This facility is on Cheyenne and Buffalo. First they tell you to put on a gown which was fine except they should give you two. One that ties in the back and one that ties in the front because the one I got did not tie at all.... Once I got in the machine the technician put headphones on me which only seemed to amplify the noise of the magnet... The technician said there was no music that day because it wasn't working properly. In my opinion you should not have an MRI if you can hear it that loudly... My teeth hurt when I left and I had a terrible headache... I will not be going back to any SimonMed facility. I also wanted to mention that if you pay with a credit card you are responsible for the 3% extra;therefore, I had to pay with a debit card which did not make me happy.... That was for my copay

I have never gotten the MRI that was scheduled and cancelled TWICE in two weeks. The machine in their Redwood City CA facility broke two weeks in a row. I was within a block of their offices today when I got a call the machine was broken again. I recommend going to a major medical provider it is obvious the comments mentioning old equipment is at fault. I have pain I cannot get treated until I get an MRI and now this has delayed me two weeks.

Horrible scheduling and lots of blaming others instead of taking responsibility. I advise to use Banner imaging! What took 4 weeks for Simonmed to do, was completed professionally and courtesy from Banner Imaging in just 1 day! Great job Banner imaging, maybe you need to train the Unprofessional and entitled staff at Simonmed, or Simonmed should just go out of business since you dont like doing your job!

Update: emailed info@ to discuss the below and its been 8 days with NO response. Just to note they outsource their call centers and its very difficult to communicate with them. _______________________________________________________ I am absolutely furious with the lack of competence and professionalism at this facility. My doctor explicitly sent TWO separate orders: one for a DEXA Bone Density scan and one for a Total Body Composition (TBC) DEXA scan. To ensure everything went smoothly, I called SimonMed three separate times before my appointment to confirm both tests were on the schedule. When I arrived, I verified it face-to-face with the technician, who explicitly told me "YES, we are doing both today." Instead, they only performed the bone density scan and completely skipped the Total Body Composition scan. When I called today to get this resolved, the staff literally hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. When I finally reached a manager, she confirmed that my doctor did indeed send both orders, but then told me I need to "call my doctor to see what she wants to do." This makes absolutely no sense. My doctor already told you what to do when she sent the order! SimonMed simply failed to execute it. I did everything right as a patient, and SimonMed failed at every level—from scheduling to clinical execution to basic phone customer service. Do not trust them with multi-part orders.

Simonmed 4219 E Bell road Phoenix AZ I would not trust these guys for anything at all . I have no idea if the technician was qualified at all . This place is running on a GHOST manager , not available will not be available and has no name !!!!! It takes them 2 weeks to do what takes 30 minutes MAX in any third world country . Staff is so qualified that she repeated 3 times “””” it takes 3 to 5 business days and since there is a week end it makes 2 weeks “””” . DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !
