Good evening This email refers to whoever is managing the pub on 33 cornhill venue in the city. I am a hospitality working person who finish around midnight and enjoy quite often a drink or two in your pub. As I am always wearing a 3 piece suit while I work I always go with my adidas black truck suit when I finish work, and to make the point I have gone into this pub way many times. Tonight, I was going with a few more people from the hospitality sector and refuse from your doorman as “tracksuits” are not allowed for at least a year into the venue. Such lucky mine, when I decide to leave the group and go home, I can see in the smoking area (just around the corner), three guys wearing sport shorts, which are not tracksuits cos they miss have the material… Hopefully someone will speak with the security team and put things on place. Or none sports cloths are allowed or all can come in. For sure you are losing a client / groups of from the area. And expect having really bad reviews from my in the different platforms Regards

All staff so polite. The man working on the top floor bar (during happy hour) needs a pay rise. He served probably 3 times as many drinks as anyone else and they tasted really good!

Just found out that if you pay Simmons more than $1,000 during the billing cycle, while they do credit your account, they do NOT CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR AVAILABLE AMOUNT TO CHARGE. It is held for 7 business days. A few months ago, due to an emergency, we had to charge a large amount on our card. Normally we only use a credit card for on line purchases and in restaurants where security can be an issue, and we do not want to use a debit card. In order to reduce balance as quickly as possible, as many auto payments came out of this account, we started making large payments to Simmons, and every time we charged something I made a payment to cover. I used the bill paying service of my credit union, and $ is immediately deducted from my bank account and sent next day to Simmons. Imagine my surprise, when we shoukd have had over $2000 in available credit, that our charges were denied as being "over limit". After several calls to customer service, a supervisor called me back and told me that if a client pays over $1,000 during a billing cycle, the payments are held. I demanded to know when we were informed of this policy. He said it was in their terms and conditions. Told him never saw that, and had read all very carefully. Asked to have the terms and conditions sent to me showing this policy. He said he could not do that. Suggested, in strong terms, that it sure was a good thing I was broken down on the road somewhere, trying to use the card for an emergency auto repair. He said I could either make a screen shot of my bank account showing $ was deducted, or have my credit union send them an email. Strongly replied to him again that was a darn good thing I was not needing use of this card in an emergency situation.

Just a horrible bank on so many levels. No customer service. Constantly collecting sim fee. Just avoid them.

Just awful. Do not trust your money or business with them.
