Horrible Service- FRAUD Do NOT BUY reporting to BBB and disputing with bank! Purchased item Feb 2022 they kept telling me it was delayed, never arrived as of May. Requested a refund and now they email daily lying that their processing system is down but yet the same processing system is up to TAKE payments. Horrible frauds and don’t believe the “kind” emails that are all lies!

Placed an order since March 24th and have YET to received my order! Requested that my order be canceled and I be refunded a month ago and have YET to receive a REFUND! I also have friends who I recommended to shop with this company who have yet to receive their orders as well! I will NEVER shop, support, or recommend this company to anyone ever again! It was my wife's idea to support a Black-owned business, and buy her something for Mother's day. She provided me this site, and the items she liked. OK, I placed an order on May 4th. What a mistake that was! I still have no confirmation that the item was shipped. Now, your website is down? This is not how you keep customers. I wont even bother requesting a refund from whoever you are, and Route.com is absolutely useless too. This is straight up sloppy business!

I placed an order in March 20, 2022 knowing that it would take about 15 business days to process (I read the info on shipping beforehand). Since I wasn’t in a huge rush to receive my items (leggings with matching sports bra) and I was supporting a Black owned business, I sat back and waited…and waited…and waited some more. On April 25th, I email them asking about an update and I received a response stating that they were having shipping delays. They said it would be an *additional* 4-6 weeks. Considering that it had been a full month by this point I knew that I wouldn’t see my items until god knows when, so I chose the option to cancel and get a refund. I received a very nice response on April 26th talking about how they “know that money is hard to come by”, and they “understand”, so they would process my return in 2-3 business days. It’s now May 16, 2022 and I have yet to receive my refund. It feels like this company is operating a Ponzi scheme: I paid for something, didn’t receive any goods, and now I don’t have my money back. This is fraudulent. The biggest thing is I’m incredibly disappointed that this is a Black owned company acting like this. I do my best to buy Black when I can and try hard to support my community. I spent so much time online looking up Black owned athletic brands so I didn’t spend my hard earned money on companies like Lululemon. I regret finding this company and spending my money on them. I will never, EVER, purchase from them again. Buyer beware.

I have been waiting for my orders Since March of 2022.I have not received a tracking number. I have been emailing this company all get is Automated recording thru a email and that’s it. This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking people hard earned money. I asked for a refund and still have not received anything.I’m going to report you to The BBB if you don’t refund my money ASAP…God don’t like thieves God see all things, I just wish I new this was a SCAMMED…

I ordered from SIMISIENNA and the sister company several times. I had an issue with not receiving an order that was reported hand delivered to someone at my address, which was absolutely not true. I reached out to the company to report the package not being received. I explained to the company that I have surveillance footage from my Ring camera showing no one delivered or hand delivered any package to my residence. It’s been approximately 30 days without any response or resolution to this matter. Order #16701 unsolved?

I completely understand the frustration and would like nothing but to help to have this resolved for you in no time, so here are a few steps we would need you to follow to move it forward as soon as possible. We'd like to request for you to please open a case with your local post office so that they can have the local police look into it to prevent precedence. We would also need a copy of the proof that you have done this, for documentation purposes; so please kindly send us a photo of the case report once completed.
