High quality service, can not fault that. Offers a lot of information about competitor websites, it really puts site performance into perspective. My main complaint is the "no refund" policy on the official site, which is why I am not giving this company 5 stars. However, when I made a mistake regarding this (this really was of my own doing) the customer service team was excellent and they did refund me for my critical mistake.

Siimilarweb is extremely helpful in conducting benchmarking of competitor websites across various dimensions including web traffic and visitors data. It also helps analyse your own/client domains strengths and lag areas better. The UI is intuitive and thus requires minimal live training.

Was a good session with Izzy. We are in a low usage period of SW now, but should pick back up Q1 next year. Good to always find out new things coming out and ways to access information that we may not frequently look for - esp when things can get a bit rusty after not using it for some time. Thanks a bunch!
