SimilarWeb clone scam site - Similarwebplatforms
Similarweb has a clone website with the url "similarwebplatforms". This is a scam website that offers a job vacancy as a data analysis. They will likely contact you on whatsapp, get you to sign up to the website, youll complete a few tasks to "earn money" and then they will ask you to send them a deposit (in USDT, a cryptocurrency) so that you are able to withdraw your profits. If you send them this deposit they will only ask for another one, and they will never pay out. SimilarWeb need to take down this clone website as it is nothing to do with the legitimate "SimilarWeb" business. It has been reported to Action fraud already.

Lots of bugs tbh
Lots of bugs tbh. Any software that has vague error message with no direct steps to fix it should fire their head of product. This is copy and pasted right from the SimilarWeb site: An error occurred An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.

Die Analyse ist sehr ungenau
Die Analyse ist sehr ungenau. Während ich bei Google eine Steigerung der User von über 20 Prozent von Dezember auf Januar habe, ist die User-Zahl lt Similarweb um fast 75 Prozent eingebrochen. Auch mit dem internen Analysetool liegt die Google Analyse ziemlich gleichauf. So ist Similarweb eher geschäftsschädigend.

Annoying popup preventing you from utilizing the browser extension AND forcing me to feedback. Horrible UI. Avoid at all costs.
Annoying UI forcing you to write more words, unless you are using it for analytics avoid it at all costs.

similarweb review
Don't waste your time writing with support and trying to connect your GA stats with this funny site, after disabled Alexa they no longer have real site stats, so they add a random amount of stats to each new site. After trying to connect for a month, I give up this site because failed to connect. Stay away from this site and don't waste your precious time and health connecting because nothing works properly there and the stats are shown randomly... good luck!
