Very useful sim card package (with the VPN). Easy to find the counter and retrieve your SIM card (make sure to have your email address ready). For registration and activation process, I did by myself, it was easy (the steps are clear to follow, you need your passport). The SIM card will be activated quickly if you retrieve it during working hours, if it's out of working hours (which was my case) just wait until the next day and it will be activated. Overall, the service and data connection was great, the customers service are efficient and professional. I recommend it for anyone traveling in China. Moreover, of you plan to travel again in China in the future, you can keep your Chinese number for small amount of money and thus reactivate your SIM card services every time you come back.

Overall very good and smooth. The only downside is that it is not 24/7.
