The sim card they gave me was a China Mobile one, instead of a Nihao Mobile one. At least it's working, but I had to spend time finding out why I could not access Nihao app.

Hi Alejandro, Thank you for the feedback. The order you purchaed is Easy SIM, which not provided by Nihao. If you want to use Nihao SIM, you should choose Smart SIM instead.

If arriving late in guangzhou its hard to find and located in departure hall. When we arrived we had pre ordered 3 sim but they only had 2 ready. Claimed not to have our order yet when she showed her phone it was on there. Process took about 25 minutes to be given 3 sim card. They didn't even install. The vpn they provide didn't work for any of us. Luckily we had a back up vpn

I had a terrible experience with this company. The SIM card did not work as promised, the VPN was not installed despite being included in the purchase, and the staff at the counter refused to help. I could not access my apps, email, or payments during my trip, which caused a lot of problems. I contacted customer service, but they never provided a solution. Very disappointing and negligent service.

Thank you for your review. Important clarification: Physical SIM cards with China numbers cannot have VPN pre-installed due to China's telecommunications regulations. VPN works as a separate app only. What we provide: 1. Physical SIM card with China number 2. VPN installation guide (sent after purchase) 3. Instructions for downloading and activating the VPN app What customers do: 1. Follow the guide to install the VPN app on their device 2. Activate the VPN using provided credentials We sent you the complete installation guide after your purchase. VPN setup requires following these instructions, as it's an app installation that only you can perform on your device. I have not got anything against my money, had to buy new card when arrived. On my email with my complaints have not got answer.

We are sorry to hear this bad experience. By checking the record, the SIM you bought (This product is no longer available) did not contains free SMS service, which the counter assistant also emphasized. So the reason that your SIM got deactivated can be you used the SMS (￥0.1/SMS), and we did not receive your request to solve the issue during the using period.

"Unfortunately, the SIM card was not ready upon our arrival, contrary to what was indicated on the website. To make matters worse, we were initially redirected elsewhere. We had to insist and present all our email exchanges before the issue was addressed. Once this was clarified, the staff were very helpful, although the process on site turned out to be rather time-consuming

The customer support and data coverage is impressive indeed! However, during the last 2 days the VPN stopped working and this has caused unnecessary stressful experience. Despite reaching out over to them in regard to this problem, no answer was obtained

Physical SIM was delivered to hotel in time and worked perfectly. VPN had to be re-installed a few times, but also worked as described. E-SIM worked perfectly.
