We had some difficulty getting the e-SIM to start working. Customer service was very helpful with trying to fix this issue. Once the e-SIM started working, things were very smooth.

E-sim très pratique. A fonctionné parfaitement pendant tout mon séjour en Indonésie, même dans les endroits les plus reculés. La formule multi-pays est aussi très pratique si l'on compte visiter plusieurs pays (Malaisie, Singapour, Indonésie) ... la connexion à l'arrivée dans chaque pays est instantanée.

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Sorunsuz ve kesintisiz bir iletişim kurdum. Bir kez de çağrı merkezi ile iletişime geçme ihtiyacım oldu. Dakikalar içerisinde dönüş yaptılar ve sorunumu çözdüler. Teşekkür ediyorum.

We bought 3 eSIMs in total, in the begining all 3 had problems neither us nor the technical support team could fix. Only after we had bought another 2 eSIMs from another company did we recieve a message saying that the third eSIM was then ready to be used and we couldn't ask for a refund on that one as it had been activated (even though we didn't use it). Leaving that part aside, the customer service team was efficient and ready to help and were able to refund 2 out of the 3 eSIMs, which is always a big plus.
