The support was very good. At 1st, like most websites these days, you expect miserable support. On SilverSingles support turned out to be very good. Answered all my questions in about a days time. A bit expensive to post messages - by the time I met someone, I'd have no money left to show her a good time - a potential romance of the century crushed!

My imagined issue being a new subscriber was that I had assumed that everyone filled out a complete profile as I did so reached out to the support team about certain profiles that had limited information about themselves. I realized later that everyone doesn't have to answer every question on there profile page. I gave this site and my support person 5 stars because of their quick response.
