Many--perhaps most--profiles are fake. SS does take action when alerted to these. A glitch rejected all my photos. I contacted SS Customer Care. They advised me that I needed to upload them again.

The app is easy to use. Unfortunately, the people I am matched with live 300 miles away. We, the subscriber all want to meet people nearby.

Thank you for your feedback Rhea! It sounds like some of your search criteria might need tweaking so we can suggest different matches to you. If you need any help in doing this, please contact our customer care team and we'll be happy to improve your experience with us!

The new US aesthetic is not very well liked or appreciated by several of the women I helped out and returned to the old german site, where access to profiles, use of accents to punch up dialogues, and thereby better communicate.

Not letting me know when someone is online or last visit is useless. CS told me profiles could be 8 weeks old. So we are paying for obsolete profiles, noy acceptable for anyone. Also you click on their profile and make them a favorite, have to see them in matches. Not worth paying for this service.

I continue to get at least 7-8 scam messages every week . I continue to immediately report these and have called directly to express my disappointment and frustration with this situation. I have never experienced this with ANY others dating site.

The recent contact with customer care resulted in a satisfactory response. Overall acceptable. The SilverSingles experience in general has left me high and dry and a sad taste. I am NOT a satisfied customer. The Elite membership is grossly overpriced. At least 4 or more times per week I received spam messages. And AFTER I reported them, eventually I got the security emails. A week prior to my overpriced Elite membership expiring, I went into my account to set it to NOT auto renew and remove my current billing. Apparently something went sideways. On Wednesday my credit card contacted me to dispute the charge. I reached out to customer care. The billing was fixed and now my account is "regular" account. This has to be easier! The matching has not been especially relevant or good. Resulted in 1 date, tons of smiles, tons of spam, and two message penpals that eventually fell silent. This has mostly been a waste of my time and definitely a waste of money. What a shame. I truly had high hopes.

I have not found a way to delete all of these people who come up when I open the site. I want to keep the one I want and delete all of the others and have not found a way to do it. I do not know what Trust Pilot means
