Their customer service is great and refunded my money. Many of the matches were way outside my 50 mile limit, which I marked as mose important. I had one fake contact giving me a phone number to call (the only pretty girl) I was not willing to risk someone fraudulent getting my phone number, the next day her message and account were gone completely, an obvious fraud. You need to find a way to filter such frauds. I did not see anyone I was even slightly interested in. Yes I am very particular about looks I will admit. For me it was a waste and frustrating. Also they send you a match and when you click on it, it does not take you to that persons profile, it shows all the profiles so you have to scroll through them, very frustrating and needs to be fixed.
