I suspected the service wasn’t for me and tried to cancel,unsubscribe, etc., and found myself in a useless loop of “customer help” that didn’t lead me to any useful outcome. I am embarrassed, because I know that seniors are vulnerable! I just didn’t realize how cynical and insidious these sites had become.

Bigtime SCAM. My payment of £107.70 was taken in Berlin 4 May 2021. By 20 May NONE of their sites were opening making refund and cancellation impossible. (If this happens to you your bank will block any further attack they might make on your account.)

What an absolutely shoddy site, it's a con. You can't search for people and the matches they send to you are just a joke and don't match your criteria. Don't waste your money like I did!

was not in agreement with the required answering of all questions, and when my matches were limited by 5 per day only to be unable to see other ladies, I asked for a refund and stopped using tbe site. No refund was issued, and my bank did not support my refund request dispute because I mistakenly clicked on a Silver Singles link via email quick response on my Android phone, which logged me into the site despite having logged out when I decided to remove my photo and stop using the site. That login was used to show my bank I used the site! Stay clear of Silver Singles, as there are better options.

STOP! Please DO NOT go anywhere near this dreadful site. They are a complete RIP OFF. I signed up for 1 month promo offer - they then automatically took without my authorisation £89.95 next month. After complaining to Berlin where they are based (no telephone number - no surprise as they are scammers) and they said the roll on subscription was in the small print of T&c's. Yeah yeah, I was caught out. The site doesn't work with glitches and faults and a total waste of time.

What a shame. Just signed up for this site and with all the pre screening questions to help build my profile I was hopeful. But as soon as I finished, and saw I had likes and matches, I am unable to view then without subscribing. I cannot even swipe away any matched, with picture blurred bear in mind, without a subscription! That's so annoying. It's like you are being forced to subscribe otherwise you basically cannot use the damn site. Perhaps they should have mentioned this before one went through all the time and effort of going through the registration process.

Have been on this site a few months. Horrible. Wish I had seen this prior to spending my money. Many of the profiles are fake. Or they're married. They do not adhere to your preferences. Don't waste your money.
