Had problems discontinuing membership ( hardly any men to choose from in the Tri-Cities). Sent an email, and they took care of the problem— just took longer than stated.

Early results are very promising. Most viewers are within my parameters Some never reply? Easy to navigate once you understand the icons.

So far okay, had a couple glitches while learning to navigate the site. It seems confusing at times, I'm not so tech savvy.

My profile indicates that I want look at profiles within a 100 miles, but most I am getting as suggestions are over 250 miles away. I have this marked as "high" in my preferences but not "absolute". Maybe there just aren't that many women that match my profile with 100 miles so you fill in with what you have. Otherwise, I am well satisfied,

It’s a great site. My only issues with it has been #1-wish the front page listed city and state. Many times the city doesn’t look familiar so I to a Google search and sometimes that city name is in more then one state. #2. Need to add Soccer and softball to the enjoy sports question. #3. The question that asks how one describes themselves should be able to select more then 4 characteristics. I do like that the filters work. Many sites don’t filter well and one ends up with people outside age group, distance and sex ie women seeking women and a man will come up as a match or when one goes into a match has to read through before finding out that the match is a woman seeking a man.

I signed on to the US site instead of the CA site...and the company made the transfer easy and simple. All my great thanks!

Customer service was very professional and helpful.. she took care of my query and was courteous and very well trained.. However on the site it does not allow members search for matches that you want , instead they choose your matches and you can’t search by zodiac signs.. it’s very limited access to matches which I find annoying and unprofessional

I like the Matches but would like to see more pics of the men. I've sent Smiles to several but never hear back. I did meet a gentleman one time but he's since decided to stay local.
