I'll start with the fact customer service was far better than OurTime. However the#of Active member matches is questionable. I question if many of the matches are actually still members and/or are active. There's also no random searching. You must wait on the Site to present them. Many have no pictures

3 Times I have received warnings about the person i was in contact with being a Fake. I appreciate you keeping me safe but i only interacted with a half dozen men and 3 were fake????? I don't remember the exact dates but in have not been on this site long

I requested matches from no more than 50 miles away. The majority of matches from Silver singles has been closer to 150 Mi away. While it might be great to widen the net one must remember that most seniors have children and grandchildren that they will not leave. Therefore, long distance relationships do not work. I did, in fact, have a conversation with a lady who lived too far away from me and had grandchildren. She complained about the same thing. She also made the comment that she was getting men that was much much older than her.

The navigation is disorderly and unpredictable. Sometimes it works OK, and sometimes it takes profiles away before I'm finished looking or done writing to the woman. I already told customer service that it is ridiculous that you send as many as 50+ emails out every day. I cut off getting any emails from you at all. I liked the security email you sent about someone using the service fraudulently. And I like that Silver Singles works on my laptop. I believe your test questions were nonsense, and your matching is nonsense. The questions you ask for the profile are so miscellaneous -- I guess the young people would say random. Also the site often hides part of a woman's profile. The good news, the reason I give it a 3, is that it does have a decent number of women on the site. Also I respect that it does use this Trustpilot service, showing many unfavorable reviews.

It seemed to be a boiler plate type response. No substance that it was not there fault. Yet the day after I complained, it started working after several weeks of it not.

Silver Singles -- like most all dating sites -- attracts customers with the hope of getting something that really cannot be delivered. Even though I realized this when I subscribed, I thought I'd give it a try anyway. And, as reality set in, I'm disappointed. Not a single "match" ever reached out to me, and when I reached out to individuals, I was ignored.
