The site is full of glitches and crashes! I couldn’t even accomplish anything on there for all the buffering and freezing up. Paid for 6 months and now trying to get refunded and the worse part is that I cannot login. After paying and becoming a member it deleted my photos on my profile and then just stopped working. I tried logging back into the site and kept getting an error stating my login was wrong even with my iPhone automatically saving my login information. I tried SilverSingles because of an online good rating of the top 5 dating apps, NOT!!! Still waiting to be refunded

They claim my password is wrong, no way to update it. Just get run around, this site is a total scam. They put wrong location on my profile and I can't change it. Can't cancel because somehow my password got changed, NOT BY ME!!

The site is awful, you are not allowed to contact them via email, strange given their whole premise is online based. You have to write & post to an address in Germany. Once they have your money (taken before you even have access to a cursory review of what the site may look like) you are locked in to hundreds of pounds of expense. It a sham, it is theft by any other name, it is extortion, it is appaling. The site itself, may or may not be to your liking, but that's the point, you wont know until youve handed over the money and then you've no way of seeking the refund within 14 days unless you write and post to Germany, and then no doubt try and prove that your request is within the 14 days... I advise anyone, to stay clear.

Silver singles is the biggest dating site scam going. Do not sign up for them. Do not waste your money. Silver singles gives you 10 potential matches per day. A large percentage of the matches are people who haven't even subscribed so they cannot contact you back after you've contacted them. Silver singles is using you as bait to get non subscribers to sign up and pay so that they can contact you . Many never even pay and sign up however and if they do you've already deleted them waiting on them to sign up. Many of the daily 10 so-called potential matches don't even have photos posted at all to see them, live too far away, might be the wrong religion that you specify , and many may not be the race that you're looking for. So what is left out of your daily 10 potential matches may not even be attractive if they do have a photo. So in reality you might have one potential match in every couple hundred. I tried to communicate with their customer service and tell them that their product that they are selling to singles is not aimed at finding matches for their clients, they are in it to scam money from singles for themselves. Their customer service is a joke and they will not even get back with you when you send them emails in detail describing why their service is well below standard. They don't care about the customer whatsoever. This dating service is a joke and needs to be reported by everybody that has been scammed to the Better Business Bureau. I told them that I would give them a negative review on every survey online everywhere and they didn't seem to even care. It's the clients that pay their salary and they won't stay in business very long if the people that are getting taken by them give them poor reviews. If I could give less than one star I would.

They took the money from my Credit Card twice. Each time thy said there was a problem I still don't have an account. The telephone # goes to a recording, their email contact gives you the run-a-round.

Do not join this site! Impossible to navigate and delete account! No customer service number to contact directly. Advised £20 for 6 months and took £119!

This is a waste of money. I don't get ANY results. I odn't know what I have to do to get a damn response...anything...this is was a bad idea.
