I had very few matches within the mileage range I selected. Most matches were hundreds of miles away and even in different states! Also, I would go a week or more without any activity on my profile. The website would suggest you lower your expectations. When I did reach out, the men never responded. I will try another dating app. that has a proven record of more people registered.

It is a scam. I have had almost no matches within 100 miles of where I live despite flagging up that a close location was the most important criteria. Lately matches have come 200 - 300 miles away. There are an awful lot of matches where the photo is witheld and every time I request photo there is no response - I don't believe some of these even exist as their profiles are very similar and just a few words long.

I carefully entered all my details but despite several requests never receive an email to confirm my account. Now I can't cancdel it or remove all the information I supplied.

I wasnt able to reads my messages on my premium membership, most days i never got the matches for the meet me section. most of the matches were farther away than I requested. When Iasked for a refund because they wernt providing what I paid for they cancelled my premium membership and will not refund my money. Do yourself a favor, do not sign on to Silver Singles!!!!

Just a lousy service.

The matches were all in another state! I live in a huge metropolitan area and the matches weren't from where I live. Very disappointing.

Screening process needs work. Silver Singles presented over 400 matches. Most all we’re near Grand Rapids MI rather than MN. So I changed to ELY MN. Started getting matches near Nevada! More fake profiles contacting me than real. (Other than those thinking I live in Grand Rapids MI.)

Too many scammers are allowed to set up accounts on the site. I report them and they are deleted from my matches but I am not sure they are completely deleted from the site. When talking to Customer Care about the scammers all they do is send the recommendations of how to protect yourself from a scammer, which thankfully I am aware of without reading them! In four months I have been matched with at least 8 scammers and sent about a half dozen emails notifying me of other scammers Silver Singles has identified. Completely unacceptable!
