I hav'nt even joined. All I have done is answered multiple questions to get to the point of obtaining their charges. NB I hav'nt even put a photograph on the site or written a profile about myself, and they are telling me that I have profile views. When I try to click on the profile of the person they are telling me viewed my profile, the details are blured, so no enticement there to join. I have sent them numerouse messages asking for their pricing structure only to no avail. This does not bode well with me. Therefore I will not be joining.

I cancelled my entire subscription please refund my $ ASAP.

No one would call or initiate contact because I am recovering from cancer and walk w a walking stick. Fake profile. Bad experience.

Once a week I get solicitations from scam members. After an introductory smile these scammers ask for an email address. I’ve not experienced this level of false representation using other dating apps. There are patterns in the fake profiles as well that are easy to identify once you’ve had this happen once. In addition there are far too many supposed members without photos and many with absolutely bare minimum information about themselves. Like many apps you need to cancel the automatic renewal function which may actually be illegal in Canada. Silver singles is a joke that cost me and I’ve learned an expensive lesson.

It didn't take long for me to realize Silver Singles wasn't worth my time or my money. I bought a six-month membership and after my third day, I didn't like it, but I decided to give it a fair chance, so I waited until my ninth day to cancel. The customer service rep told me I had only three days to cancel and be refunded. I said, that's reasonable for a thirty-day membership, but I paid for a 180-day membership, so I should have 18 days to cancel. Silver Singles is located in Germany, and they refused to be reasonable. I wasted almost $100 on a nine-day site. I took a chance and lost miserably, I truly hated that dating site!

This website is not even worth 1 star; Trustpilot should have a poop icon for businesses that are not worth the weight of poop they offer! You can not even respond with a simple message to ANYONE; not even customer service will allow you to send a message. You have to jump through all sorts of hoops. I should know better than not to do a full search review on this company and website. I am still trying to get a full refund. Oh yes, they all love you to pay them, but they do not want to give anything back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE—IT'S A RIP-OFF!!!!!

Been on the site for just over a month and have had more contact with men who are definite scammers. Many of the others are just creepy. And it seems their algorithm is broken. More contact with people thousands of kms away than local. Don't join it. Avoid this site. You're wasting your money.

I am so angry. When my prepaid three months is up I will NEVER renew. I put in 50 mile radius as that is the least I can do. It is sending my matches from hundreds/thousands of miles away. Completely sucks. What a major rip off. I am sure it makes their algorithms look better but I am feeling scammed and ripped off. Never ever again. I was just lonely and wanted to make friends. yeah right. If I want to drive three days.
