This organization is very misleading. Do not pay in advance for any length of time. Their "Matches" are total BS. They do NOT follow the very specific CRITERIA you're asked to set up within their system. I don't know what it's there for! It doesn't matter if it's distance, religious, or ANY criteria.....they do NOT follow it. I made the MISTAKE of paying for six months in advance. DON'T DO IT!

I regret signing up for Silver Singles as they took £60 from my account after I’d cancelled. I cancelled my auto renewal in advance of the renewal date but they renewed anyway and took £60 from my bank account. I found it extremely difficult to get in touch with them and submit a complaint.

Website gives instructions on how to delete account but method does not work. They are therefore using my profile without my permission.

Scammers. This should be zero stars! I joined yesterday and answered all the relevant questions. I added photos of myself and then got on with other things. That evening, I went to log into the website and my email address was not recognised. Today, I sent an email to customer services to find out what was going on. I was told that there were some inconsistencies with my profile so I have been blocked from the website. They actually wanted me to email them a copy of both my drivers licence and passport to verify whom I was. Scammers....Do not send your personal details to a random website that has more complaints than anyone enjoying it. Personally, I think they saw a black lady and blocked me because they are racist. Anyone who knows me know I am honest. And anyone who knows me knows who I am. I am so glad I did not provide my bank details!! DO NOT JOIN THIS RACIST THIEVING WEBSITE.

It's a ripoff. They require you to pay for three months but cannot deliver on their promise and refuse refunds even for nonperformance on their part. Two-thirds of the "matches" sent my way were not paying members, so they could not read or respond to my messages. Half of the remainder were fake profiles. I give them one star for the fast response when reporting a fake profile. Many of the profiles have no photos. This is 2024, and photos should be mandatory. Plus, photoless profiles almost guarantee that they will not be able to respond. Additionally, there is a "may we recommend" time waster from which Silver Singles presents you with dozens of profiles that do not meet your standards. I was getting profiles as much as 9 years above the age limit I set. Find another dating service or join a Meetup singles group.

Horrible WARNING within two weeks of using the app I had been contacted by two fake profiles and I suspected a third. I am now concerned for my safety and Silver singles refused to give me a refund or even offer a credit. I am now paying for identity protection and installed security cameras at my home. They had the audacity to offer to allow me to transfer the remaining time on my membership to a friend. As if I would put a friend in danger. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Stay away for your own safety

the reject all my profile segments i wrote as asked, without advising why. they make you into a robot without a personality - or at least that is what i suspect all my intros are rejected! i am being respectful there, showing my true self there to not waste anyone's time, making false statements to draw attention. i am being truthful and human but that is not allowed. so i am not sure how i would be matched to anyone at all and vice versa. I am SHOCKED at t level of censorship ! *** sorry admin, your reply is invalid. If you need a screenshot of my absolutely clean profile input just ask. I reviewed other members’ profiles as I have premium PAID membership - people have no profile segments only push button answers show. Seems people could not write their own intros, profiles. This website is clearly difunctional and I want my money back! Again, I have proof to show you how clean and respectful my statements were. You reply to your reviews but omit to reply to contact emails asking for help and assistance to try to fix the problem. I don’t understand why? I paid for membership I was there with the best intentions.

What a poor attractive lady experience since joining a week ago. 87 views to date and 0.0 responses from me. The three ladies that I pursued without responses I belief were embedded as fake people!
