I am extremely dissatisfied with Slivers Single. Since yesterday, my issue remains unresolved despite my payment for a six-month subscription. I was only able to use the service for one day before my account was blocked. If you are unable to unblock my account, I request a full refund. This situation is very distressing, and I urge others to be cautious as I believe this company may be scamming people. I need my money back urgently. Do not sign up. I live in north Atlanta and set my preference for matches within 50 miles. I set this as a high preference. Most of my matches come from nowhere near me. Alabama, Texas, North Carolina and Missouri for instance. Of course this is useless. I asked for a refund because the service keeps matching me to people I cannot possibly date even if there is interest. They denied me. I have a friend who also signed up for the service and she has a similar experience, also, if you live in a metro area, the smallest radius is 50 miles, which tells me you won’t get many matches if you go under that. Not much good for me since a match on the south side of Atlanta is almost as bad a match in another state. I was on the service for 5 weeks.

I will end my subscription mainly because there is not enough control in searching. As one example, today I was "presented" possible matches through the sites "Have You Met" feature. If I see someone of interest there is no way to bring up their full profile. Also there is no way for me to search by name or by specific city. The search parameters are very limiting. Give me freedom for God's sake.

hopefully the algorithms use zip codes to match people up first and then preferences. I am getting women in other states. No one is going to travel 500 miles for a date.

This site has nothing but constant people with fake profiles. You need to screen them for fake profiles before posting them as matches to people. Have very little of matches sent to me and most are fake!!! I’ve been on this site for over two years and am just not happy with the results!!!

I was a member for 2-3 weeks and meeting some men , had a few conversations when I couldn’t log on. It was hard to contact customer service directly - found a contact form. They said I had “ suspicious” actions. I’m the most honest , straightforward person - no lies, no scams. It left me unable to follow through on contacts, they were informed to avoid me , I had to send my drivers license & 1.5 days after sending ( 3 days after I was blocked) it is not resolved. They are not replying to my emails. I paid for 6 months & have been treated like this at less that one month. Many men talked of so many “fakes”. Some holy is wrong with their algorithm and they are shunning good people. I need a refund & would not trust their business model at all.

Several scams in a short period of time. Very few suggested matches compared to other dating sites where I could browse in addition to suggestions. Limited choice in terms of distance- Lowest was 0 to 50- I did not want to travel that far. Some matches were beyond 50 miles, while some were in other states.
