Even though I already already had a successful minimum withdraw, I had to re- verify because my id was expiring 2 MONTHS later. Though not expired yet, I still went and renewed my id early to cash out on another minimum $50, capped by coupon rules. My id verified through their system mitek successfully, but was told to email my documents for manual review. Then they decided I didn’t complete the play through from the coupon, even though I most certainly did and have screen shots of the progress. Plus their system doesn’t even allow you to withdraw, unless play through completed. So I went and completed the play through AGAIN, with screenshots since their system showed I already did, I kept track manually. This casino is the worst for withdrawals. I won 10 grand and am trying to withdraw. They now say I can’t use the bank that I was previously using at the beginning of the year. Bank of America is the bank they wanted me to use. Now I need to find another bank and open an account with no guarantee it will work. They also said I could use cash app. However, now say they don’t have much luck with them. So many excuses with no urgency to help me receive my winnings. Side note-They have no problem taking all forms of deposit, no problem whatsoever.
