Wouldn't let me sighn in...im thinking someone is using my email adressses and playing the $50 free chip off my account this person is problobly using a stolen admin access to gain entry to my account while blocking me our of it in an attempt to steal money by using players free chips as their own they usually do this by doing it to as many clients as they can of the casino* beware they will use tricks to Fraud You and also steal personal information about you from the casinos records!

If i could rate you less than 1 i surely would. You are about as shiesty as a casino could come. i won fair and square march 30 i requested for a withdrawal of $800 received the email stating that my request was approved to then on april 2 it was back into my casino account no reason why or whatever. an email should have come with that. so i played it a bit and then requested another withdrawal of 500$ and this time i had been emailing with support and an account manager and was told i could make a btc withdrawal so that's how i asked for it and again email saying approved and again back into my account. 2 weeks 30 emails from 5 different people in the support and all the same information and 3000$ later. i have zero to show for it and still no response even tho i answered everyone of their emails in a very timely manner. Still to this day not one of them have replied back. its very disappointing that a casino that has been on the circuit as long as they have been could be so shiesty. stall tactics are a horrible attribute to have as a casino in my opinion and i wont be playing there again.
