This place is ridiculous. They still will not pay me. Does anybody know of anything I can do about it they keep telling me the same thing on the chat over and over and over again for over a month now almost a month and a week to be exact it’s only $100 payout and they can’t even pay that to me with all the money I’ve deposited there they will not answer an email and have it in over a month And all the chat says that they’ve escalated it come back and check in 24 or 72 hours but that’s what they say every day!! I would just like some advice on what to do they even went as far as saying I threatened them I have never a day in my life threatened anyone!!! When I asked them to show me proof I threatened them they couldn’t and changed the subject !! It’s sad they don’t answer there customers let alone pay them when there over there own guidelines for a withdrawal there guidelines are they will have it paid in seven to ten days !!! I initially put this in on July 16th they came back in the 26th telling me to request it bitcoin because they were having problems with coindraw and they said it would be set priority, some priority lmao it’s the of august still nothing still no answers!!!! I request withdrawal of 100 usd on 15 july through bitcoin , the amount i withdraw is less than 200 , which should be expressed . But still today i.e 20 july i did not receive my withdrawal yet , if they see this please process my withdrawal at the earliest. Will update my review after i receive my withdrawal. Thank you

Be fair and honest!!! Do yourself a favor and runaway from this place I got screwed out of over 200.00 and then they took my verification bitcoin they had me send to verify address.

They didn't pay me out and they took my money

Received a coupon in the mail and I met all the requirements to cash out. When I went it cash out it stated I had to make a $10 deposit which I did. I received my $10 in bitcoin back and I just used live chat and found out I will not receive the $100. I have played at many online casinos with no problem in cashing out. I don’t know why it would state you have to make a $10 deposit to cash out if you can not receive your funds. Also my transaction history states that the $100 was a manager approved payout and is showing like it has been paid out to which I was told that is for internal use. There shouldn’t be anything stating I received the $100 in bitcoin if it was not received!!!

Rigged and they follow what terms they want to. They make mistakes all day and your suppose to be understanding but the second it a mistake that benefits them, it’s not long a mistake. Will send you coupons codes that aren’t eligible for so even if you meet bonus requirements your denied your withdraw from using a bonus your wasn’t eligible for even though their marketing team sent it out. Apparently they aren’t responsible for their marketing department

Yeah don't do it. Withdrawals pend for 7 days, then take another 7 days to process, if you're patient enough to not say to hell with it.... They'll take your deposit in 7 seconds though.

I'm going to tell you to NEVER play here!!! They take forever to approve a withdrawal. If, and I do mean IF, your withdrawal is approved they then wait and drag their heels and do everything not to pay you. I was told things had improved but if anything they're worse.....IF THAT'S EVEN POSSIBLE!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!!
