Purchased the Silonn countertop nugget icemaker through Amazon 4/2026. Delivered 4/16/26. Let it sit for 24 hours before plugging in. It made ice for almost a month before the issues began. I used filtered water only. The last few days before it broke I’d walk in the kitchen to no ice in the bin. So, started it up again. Same thing. It would make a few cycles of ice, then stop. I unplugged it to try to reboot it. But, it never worked after. It just cools and makes a horrible screeching noise before a loud click happens. I want a refund. It’s garbage.

Machine quit working after two months. I followed all protocols for weekly cleaning and operation as provided in instruction booklet. I even leaned it and let it sit 24 hours without use unplugged plugged it back in the next morning. Ran another cleaning in it with the cleaning solution that was provided in my package when it first arrived it ran for 10 minutes and then the on off button and ice button began to flash again it will make two pieces ice then everything starts flashing and it quits. I spent a lot of money almost $300 for this item. Money doesn’t grow on trees and I feel like I need a new machine. I will call the helpline on Monday morning as this happened on the weekend and you’re not open. I would not recommend this product. and by the way, I also did a factory reset as instructed in the instruction booklet still, it does not work.

Purchase a nugget ice maker through Amazon. It broke after 6 months. I have spent two months trying to have it replaced under warranty. It is covered but they don't have a replacement available and offered a 60% credit. Don't buy a Silonn product

Had three ice makers from this place. Not one of them lasted more than 6 months and they bailed on the last one leaving me with a broken paper weight. Obviously I don’t recommend anything this company produces and highly recommend you look for a different company. No quality control and just a horrible product all around.

Love the ice maker . The only thing I wish it had two setting for the size of ice. It makes ice fast !!!
