This booth is amazing and fairly easy to setup. It looks absolutely fantastic! I was a bit frustrated when I was trying to connect with someone over the weekend after I placed my order on Friday. The website says there is someone available to chat 24/7 but then when I used the chat feature it sent me a message that said they would email a response within 2 hours. I never received a message so I called and left a voicemail. I did not hear from anyone until my rep responded via email on Monday saying that they were only available M-F 9am to 5pm. I would suggest updating your messaging so people do not panic like I did when I could not reach anyone. Other than that - everything was excellent, and my booth came very quickly!

Sales representative Alexa was incredibly helpful and very fast to respond throughout the ordering process. Alexa assisted step by step to make sure we had everything correct to confirm order to production. We are looking forward to receiving our recent purchase and ordering more in the future.
