Easy ordering and very helpful
Easy ordering process. The team at Signwin caught a mistake in our design and pointed it out before going to production. Very helpful. Item was delivered 1 week ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our experience.

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. While they were quick to replace a graphic that they had mistakenly added a zipper for a TV cord (there was no TV on that panel), trying to get a graphic that had shelf mounting holes in the wrong spot was impossible. I sent photos of the issues along with detailed descriptions. Phone calls and emails went unanswered, and when I did get through, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, to which I finally hung up. Now I am left with an incomplete display stand and an upcoming show. Would not recommend. 5/15/24 Update As of today, Signwin has not resolved this issue or even reached out to me to correct it. I have left voice messages and sent emails, with no response. While they issue nice apologies to poor reviews, they do nothing to correct the issue. I have written off Signwin and any hopes of getting this problem corrected.

No communication
I ordered & paid, but noone will answer the phone or emails, and I need to talk to someone about the design. My event is coming up soon & I have no idea what is going on with my order yet other than it says “processing” online.

In terms of the communication between yourself and our team, this is an uncommon instance and we'll do better in the future. Recently we have been experiencing an usually large volume of inquiries and orders. Although our team is trying their best, we have been unable to respond as promptly as we'd typically like. We understand that this is not an excuse and will discuss this feedback with our team and work on better communicating with our customers. In regards to the graphic design portion of your feedback, kindly keep in mind for future reference that we strongly recommend all of our clients to submit ready to print artwork or hire an external graphic designer for prompt and best results. Please know that we take feedback very seriously. The feedback that you've sent our team via email is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the rest of our team in order to prevent this from happening again with you or other customers. We hope to be able to make your experience better throughout the rest of the design process, and hope that you will be satisfied with your order once it has been printed and delivered.

The process was very easy!
I had a great experience with this company, and the display turned out amazing! It was finalized on a Monday and all of it came in by Friday.
