The nameplate we order looks great. It took quite a number of weeks to arrive and I was unable to communicate with the company to get information about the ship date. We have been happy with their service in the past so perhaps this was a blip.

I like the straight forward process and when I get my signs they are great. When you interact with the staff they are friendly and accommodating. The challenge I have found is that after your order is placed they also don't seem to even start the order unless you call and inquire about the status. On multiple occasions I have called and emailed about 10 days after the initial email to "sales" and magically the order is complete and on its way within a few days. Don't expect to reach anything but a VM when you call in, but based on experience, they do listen to the VMs.
