Signs IncReviews of signs.inc

Purchased a metal on acrylic sign for our business. The final product turned out great and looks very good in our space. Minus 1-star for communication and timeline. I had to contact the Director of Operations (Abdul) twice because I couldn’t get a good status on the project. Abdul was awesome and always got me what I needed. Was also told turnaround would be around 15 business days, but the whole process took over a month. Happy with the outcome overall and would recommend.

I like sign.inc it just one thing. Make sure your final sign where everything is proportion correctly. I have a star on my sign, when they change the dimensions for your sign they change the entire thing so the star got distorted and turned out not like what I want. I hope this review let sign.inc know that they should be more careful with small detail n people sign. This is partially my fault for assuming that it would make sense to keep the star, star shape. Over all good customer service.

Everything was great about the whole process and the product, except the stencil. The pieces did not fit into the stencil in most places (as if the stencil was cut too small) and the each panel of the stencil sis not fit next to the next right. The stencil being wonky made it hard to place the pieces in correctly once the sticky backing was exposed. I probably would have been better off doing all by eye instead of using the stencil. Everything else was GREAT!!

Excellent customer service and helpful when needing guidance on logo quality. Super user friendly interface. Made the process very simple. Beautiful quality and quick shipping. Good communication! so pleased!
