I was looking for a sign for my shop as it's part of my renovation and giving overall a new look. Their agent suggested me a backlit sign and guided me. So I ordered one from their website. When I received it after around 10 days, the charger was missing. I contacted them and reported the issue. They were cooperative, told me about the negligence of delivery guy and sent me the tracking of the replacement. When it arrived, the glow on my sign is superb. see it at The Oklahoma Vintage shop. Will buy from them again ...

They were patient with us as we changed our minds on the design several times, but it came together at the end. We still have not received the sign though. The delivery service tried to deliver to a business office at 8:30 at night and had to reschedule the delivery

I had a sign made for my husband for an anniversary gift for his podcast show and it was perfect. He loves the sign and the price was reasonable. Signs Inc was affordable which was my top reason for working with them. The communication between us was great and prompt. There were a few changes that needed to be made and they handled each one with professionalism and promptly made the changes. I highly recommend SinsInc!!

Sign looks great. Seems well built, and the quality is also great. Delivery was right on time. Communication pre-sale was a little tough, and then the mounting instructions and process were not good at all. We got it mounted, but it required some creative thinking.

Purchased a metal on acrylic sign for our business. The final product turned out great and looks very good in our space. Minus 1-star for communication and timeline. I had to contact the Director of Operations (Abdul) twice because I couldn’t get a good status on the project. Abdul was awesome and always got me what I needed. Was also told turnaround would be around 15 business days, but the whole process took over a month. Happy with the outcome overall and would recommend.
