We installed a sign for them on the date they wanted the sign installed, the customer was well pleased with the work. We have not been paid and we installed the sign over three months ago.

Complete and total disaster! They shipped me a box of letters for $4,700. This was supposed to be a complete sign not only letters. They continue to deflect and blame this on me stating that I approved the sign. I approved a sign not a box of letters. Then, I took the letters, lined them up on a board to test and they don’t work. They offered 2k and for the lights to be replaced under warranty. I will never do business with this company. Do your research!

TOTAL SCAM!! I paid over $2,000 for a sign for my business to this “company” and totally got scammed. They gave me a good mock up and seemed to know what they are talking about, but when it came to actually making my sign, they failed to connect me with the “production crew”. They will take your money, string you along, then the phone numbers will stop working. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Avoid Signs.Inc at all costs!!

I wish there were a way to give zero stars. This company is completely unprofessional. The customer service is terrible — unresponsive and unhelpful. The product I received was useless and nothing like what was promised. When I tried to resolve the issue, they were dishonest and made the process even more frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

Avoid this company!!! We have been working on this project for over a year and they printed the wrong sign twice and tried to get us to pay for it. We currently have the wrong sign on our building and they are refusing to pay for it or fix it.

Not really a problem with the company more so they should have told us there’s no way we can put this sign up ourselves, it came in like 60 pieces and it needs to be drilled into brick. I don’t think they took that into account because the anchors we have received with it are drywall anchors. Also we needed to get a permit to use the sign and it was like pulling teeth to get them to send us adequate instructuons. You’d think a sign company would be used to working with permits and would have that all ready to go but nope the instructions were difficult to read. Should have been the first red flag but we wanted the sign for cheaper than a local company and now regret it.

Bad quality - took 2 months to get it show up. I feel like this was produced in a Pakistani Sweat shop & not an actual sign dealer. Next time I’ll shop local and spend more to get a quality product.

1. Getting in contact with someone was nearly impossible. I've called around 10 times throughout the order of my 2 signs that I had made and never had one call answered. After several emails and waiting several days someone finally will get back with you. 2. I order 2 signs, 1 x Led lit blade sign and 1 x 4ft 3D metal backlit sign. We recently installed the blade sign and the leds do not work. The large sign that we have yet to install had several screws missing from the back plate, the holes where the threaded stud go in to attached to the wall were in the wrong spot.
