My experience was great! Finally, a team of professionals who are live on their ZOOM meetings, telephone calls, and live when you call for customer support. Signix, I am so happy that this company thinks of the customer's satisfaction. I am definitely amazed at the fact that when a client calls for support and the "live" team support is there to answer the telephone and the clients and not sent around in circles through an automated voice-activated system. Yes! This works for me! Thank you.

Signix is the online platform I recommend to use for your, e-notary platform provider. The customer service and follow-up is the best I ever seen. Waverly call just to see how things are going, and if there is anything she can do to help, also let her know when I do my first e-notary, that meant alot. K.Mason
