Very disappointing experience with Signix. They booked an appointment without prior notice and failed to show up. A second appointment was arranged, which they also missed. I cancelled and clearly expressed my frustration, and I was reassured that the next appointment would definitely happen today. Once again, no one turned up. When I called, I was told Flagship would have informed me the appointment was cancelled but I received no communication at all. This is the worst service I’ve experienced from a company. Poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and complete disregard for customers’ time.

I have told numerous people you have my name wrong in your system. Your attention to detail is lacking. Thanks.

I have not begun working so being charged before starting any notary work is difficult.

Poor communication between colleagues on the SigniX end. I was scheduled for a virtual training webinar at 11am, the host no-showed. Total waste of my time and money. I took time out of my other job for attending this webinar. After the fact, customer service said they didn’t know what the issue was, the host blamed another colleague, and I have to wait even longer to start seeing clients. Overall, very disappointing and unprofessional. I wish I had not paid for this service.

Not a good company to work for . Poor management,

I had questions about my purchase, so I called to get information. I was told, "that everyone in the invoice department is in a meeting, I can have them call you back, but no one reached out to me." In the meantime I attended the 1st training, and tried to view it, but there was no link. Later, I was invited to the 2nd training session, but then found out that it was the same as the first. I paid $300, then found out I should have only paid $100 for a year. I wanted to cancel but now I'm stuck with it and out of $300. Not happy with the company.

There are a lot cheaper companies.. as a new RON , “buyer beware” .. training is fine but the monthly charge and cancellation fees are exorbitant. do not get into their 2 year commitment unless you ready to go get business to make it pay off.. their follow up prior to signing contract was great.. when you are locked into the contract not sure of their follow up . I tried to contact Sam the original contact and he never returned call or responded. That was my first disappointment.. the others did respond to emails. .

During my very first 2 signings, Signix would not accept the IDs that the signers scanned in. I tried calling Customer Service, but no one answered. I then tried sending an email, but no one ever replied. Very very disappointing!!!
