How to determine font size when tagging is very difficult to find. Also, with customer service closing at 5:00 ET, makes it difficult when we are in a later time zone and have questions. When we’re in a hurry, going through your frequently asked questions or knowledge center isn’t helpful. However, once Customer Service replies, they are helpful.

It's a little clunky with having to set up zoom separate from signing. You need more templates especially for the date. Date should be auto fill for notarizing documents. My boss doesn't like it but for now we're going to give it a try.

I wish there was a mobile app. The software is pretty awesome and worth the money. My only complaint is that the lack of a transaction payment option.
