SIGNiX support is top-notch!
I experienced a challenging online signing today with multiple signers and attorneys involved. When I needed immediate assistance, Connor answered my call on the first ring and swiftly resolved my issue, allowing me to complete the online signing. It's a tremendous relief to know that I can receive prompt support without needing to chat, send emails, or wait for a return call. SIGNiX and their support team are truly top-notch!

Lifesaver
This platform is easy to use. The trainers were amazing. The convenience of an RON in our company is literally a life saver.

Technical issues & not able to reach Signix for assistance
During my very first 2 signings, Signix would not accept the IDs that the signers scanned in. I tried calling Customer Service, but no one answered. I then tried sending an email, but no one ever replied. Very very disappointing!!!
