Had researched many other companies before selecting Signature Coins. I was very precise as to how I wanted this custom made coin. After only 4 revisions quotes I was able to place my order. The professional customer service of explanations during the design process for the do's and don't were very acceptable and understanding. I would recommend this company 100% to any one who is looking for a custom made coins.

I had no real idea of what to do. One of our students hand drew a design and they took it from there. It was not a quick sale and gone. They have been AMAZING to work with. I consider them a lifelong partner to our program, not a vender. Thank you so much

Absolutely great service. The employees were extremely courteous and understanding. I probably revised my coin six times, and every single time it came back super fast. Great coin, great service, great company.

I just ordered my coins so this review is solely based on the ordering process. Signature Coins has outstanding customer service! I kept revising my draft and but each time I received quick corrections and a positive attitude. All my correspondence was through email but i truly feel like i was dealing with a local' Mom & Pop' store where they know me. It was very ..... Refreshing. I haven't received my product but based on customer service and the ease of the ordering process I would highly recommend Signature Coins. I will update when I receive my coins ;)
