They added typos to my challenge coins halfway through revisions and reviews. There was a decent amount of detail and small lettering. The coins do look great but when they decide to randomly add letters to people's name after I've already checked that portion in previous proofs it ruins the whole batch. They offered to give me 10% off to fix their $1000 mistake.

I had a great experience working with Signature Coins Investments. Jimmie West walked me through the process and I was able to make a great investment in mine and my children’s future. But I was been fraud He made sure that shipping was fast and secure and that I was informed at every step of the process. I hope to continue to work with Jimmie and GGI in future investments.

Horrible customer service and we didnt get what we ordered. Apparently, email wasn't clear enough to explain what we wanted that i had to call several times to explain. in the end we didn't get what we ordered. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service. This company sent coins with scratches on them and stickers that are peeling off. A company that used to care about their customers who serve this country - now only care about money. They will not refund even if they send a bad quality product. Do not use this company. They are NOT for the customer anymore, they became a greedy company.
Fuck

Hello, ****. Thank you for your review. The "name" submitted for your project was a combination of profanity and racial slurs. The design you wanted on a coin consisted solely of a single explicit and grotesque image. We did not draw your proof and deleted your request because we thought it was spam or trolling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and do not make designs or coins for customers whose request contains hate speech or gore. We attempted to flag the review based on these conditions but were informed that you had a "genuine experience" since you did submit an inquiry. This response is less for you and mainly for anyone else who reads it.

All I’m saying is don’t advertise free shipping international if the free shipping only applies to the United States Their site says free shipping, said nothing about what country. I went through weeks of back and forth with designs then I went to check out and got hit with the $150 shipping fee I called them and they where rude raised their voices and even accnoleged that their site was misleading yet they still wouldn’t honour their advertisement

Thanks for the feedback and for taking my call. I am terribly sorry for the miscommunication during your ordering process. Since we’re a US-based company, we are only able to offer free-shipping within the US. I am sorry that this was not clear. I hope our offer to cover the shipping costs for this order alleviates your frustration. I just sent you the quote. Thank you for taking the time to let us know and make this right for you!

If you've got a deadline don't bother. Signaturecoins does not have a reliable supply chain today, and quite frankly, doesn't seem to care. They were not fast, reliable, or helpful in resolving the situation. When I called, I was simply told they can't control the world, #COVID.

Hello Nick, We're very sorry that your order was late and if any interaction made it seem like we don't care. That's not the case. We care about every order, yours included, and do our best to ensure all orders are delivered on time. Though there are some factors that are outside of our control like third-party shipping, we don't take that lightly. We're not perfect. We were a day behind the scheduled ship date for your complete order of 150 coins. While we didn't realize when the order went into production that there was a hard deadline, we should have done a better job of checking. I see your coins delivered yesterday. I know we shipped a day later than anticipated but I hope you love them now that you can see them in person. If the coins don't meet or exceed your expectations, don't hesitate to reach out. I've just sent you my personal email. --Tre Owner
Frustrated
I am extremely disappointed in John. He has deliberately let my personal proof designs out twice and also made changes on my first proof without authorization. After repeatedly contacting to keep my account personal continues to give my proof out. Will take and recommend business to competitors! To finally resolve this issue request to have all my info deleted.
