Jeff is amazing, we came in with a last minute order and he came through for us!

Have had nothing but A1 service. When all I did was have a simple idea that you all took an went above an beyond with our vision. We cant wait to get these in an really see the work you have done. Thanks again definitely customers for life

Very helpful even though I kept changing things throughout the ordering process. Also very timely with requested edits to quote.

UPDATE: I did receive follow-up from Signature Coins and they were able to quickly identify and adjust the shipping for my order and acknowledged/apologized for the delayed response to my inquires. Therefore, I am adjusting my rating from 1 star to 3 because of the length of time to respond. The product itself is exactly what I needed! -------------------------------------------------------- ORIGINAL POST: I placed a rush order with Signature Coins September 9, 2019 to have 2500 coins delivered on or before September 23, 2019. I was advised by Jeff that this was possible as we needed the coins for a convention in Texas. It has now been over 1 month since the expected delivery date and I still do not have my full shipment. I have sent repeated emails to the company and called and have gotten virtually no response. I was advised by FedEx that part of my shipment was being held in customs in China. While the delay has been quite cumbersome, the most frustrating aspect is that I am getting virtually no assistance from Signature Coins on the status of my shipment. FedEx continues to tell me that only the shipper can re-route my package even though they have the updated address. In addition, FedEx has been trying to contact the shipper to confirm the reroute to no avail. It has been a miserable experience considering the quantity and overall cost to my organization! Looking forward to actually getting a reply!

Signature Coins, with Jeff and Hector as my points of Contact and Spencer as the designer were a dream to work with! Spencer took a hard look at what we wanted and created a fabulous work of art for us which is inspirational and memorable and certainly honors this momentous retirement. We will definitely go back to them for other projects!

I sent a very rough drawing of what we wanted and your art department sent back pictures of exactly what we were looking for. You make the ordering process simple and easy. We are anxious to receive our order which is already sold.

Very helpful design process. Well done!
