Excellent customer service. I had help every step of the way, and I was given plenty of time on the phone with an actual person. In addition, the coins were absolutely beautiful and even better than what I expected. We are placing our second order.

I have not received the coin yet so am unable to verify the quality. It was easy and nice to see exactly how the wording would appear on the coin. The one issue I have is that I am ordering 2 coins with different names. I was unable to "continue shopping" and had to start again for the second coin.

During these crazy COVID-19 times, I wanted something to provide to my company and team mates to keep their spirits up. We work overseas in East Africa for the DoD. As a response to the Coronavirus, we were required to relocate from our off-base homes and lockdown in very depressing living conditions. I thought that some custom Challenge Coins commemorating the difficulties we've experienced for the better part of the year would be the perfect gift. The Signature Coins team were professional, responsive and accurate. They know their business, what questions to ask, and how to get the information for the best product. They work with the feedback of their customers in a very timely and professional manner. Even with the impact of COVID-19 on the economy and many businesses in general, Signature Coins never missed a step. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to create a custom coin! I will absolutely be doing business with them again! Thank you Signature Coins!

I just finished the design and order processes with Signature Coins and I couldn’t be happier! Easy to work with, simple to design the coin, and communication was timely. I’m looking forward to the final product!

I am very happy with my decision to use Signature Coins. I started with a very rough idea for my coin that I sent to several companies, and the initial proof from Signature Coins was way better than any of the others. After many emails, several phone calls and a few revisions, we came up with a coin that was amazing. The actual coins exceeded my expectations. The amount of detail in the 3-D side of the coin is unbelievable. People I give them to are constantly amazed at the details and design of the coin. The coins did take about 3 weeks to manufacture/ship, but the results were worth the wait. If you are looking for a coin, especially one that’s going to be different or stand out, don’t hesitate to give these guys a try.

Great experience! Artists are very helpful and talented as well as patient with my design changes. Couldn't be happier with the process and my experience! Just placed the order, so haven't seen the final product, but I'm very confident that it will be fantastic. Thank you.
