We recently enrolled in Sidecar Health this year and have been thankful for the way they simplify the health insurance process. Their site is very user-friendly, and there is always a representative available to assist via chat. The employees from the company who we have interacted with have all been very professional and polite. We also received a hand-written card from them in the mail, which was so thoughtful and personable.

So far so good! I've been using Sidecar Health for a few months now and so far its done everything they said they would do except without the complexity and price inflation of "traditional insurance". It's so nice to have other options available that make sense. Plan to continue.

This is a different concept of healthcare insurance. Honestly, all insurance companies should work like Sidecar Health. My husband is retired and I don’t have health insurance and not eligible for Medicare yet, after looking long time for a health coverage (including Obama Care/marketplace) Sidecar Heath was the only affordable Health option that accommodates to my needs.

I am so happy I found Sidecar health. I can't believe that you get money back if the provider charges less than Sidecar covers. I have used this at my Dr. office, at my counselor's office, for and x-ray, and for prescriptions. It worked every time. So far, I have had a surplus on my side which then brings down my monthly payment (I could request a check but haven't done that yet). The service is awesome. Every time I get online I can chat with someone and they are extremely knowledgeable AND nice AND quick to solve any problems or questions. I am so surprised. This would really change the insurance industry and the medical/prescription to be so much more fair and honest. I couldn't believe it at first. I thought it must be a scam. I took a chance and it works great!

Everything has been simple so far working with Sidecar. The in-app chat is extremely helpful to get quick and easy answers to questions. I wish there was a dental component (cleanings, checkups, gums, etc.) to the coverage though. It seems like that could be easily picked low-hanging fruit.

Signing up for this may have been the smartest decision I have made recently in my life. I'd say this is one of the better options for the under 30 crowd with very little info about how health insurance works. I fall into that category and their quick & easy sign up made it led me to smoothly purchasing a policy. You can even customize your policy to suit your needs.

For once I feel like I am able to manage my cost for health insurance without breaking the bank. Thank you for creating an affordable and comprehensive medical program where every person can access some level of coverage and have peace of mind that they can go to the doctor when they need to without worrying about how to pay for it.
