I have been very happy with Sidecar. For me it has been way less expensive than Cobra. I love the transparency and have had no problem finding providers. They gave me a Visa to use for payments. The customer care is very helpful and I appreciate that I can get money back if I shop for the services I use. In opinion, services like Sidecar will lower prices by increasing transparency and competition among providers.

So far with sidecar I have only had one doctor visit and it was easy to take a picture of my bill and send it in to sidecar and it was processed quickly So far sidecar has met all our needs

A friend of mine told me about Sidecar during the Pandemic. I am off Cobra and switched to Sidecar. With sidecar you are not stuck in a network that forces to pick from a list of doctors. The app is transparent in that you get to see what each doctor costs upfront. It is like having a menu where you see all the doctors and the price for each treatment. I highly recommend sidecar health to anyone that wants total flexibility and transparency.

Great customer service. Their customer service representatives are very helpful and have a great positive attitude. They follow up on their pending matters! Super refreshing to see someone cares.
