This is the first time I've used the card. My prescription was processed in like an hour and a credit posted to my account. Very impressive. I find the customer service to be excellent so far. I think I made the right decision to go with Sidecar.

I had trouble getting an itemized receipt in a timely manner from the office I visited and SCH was patient, helpful, and communicative during the whole process. Thanks!

I cannot explain how happy I am that my fiance and I have come across this gem of a company. Without Sidecar Health, I would have never been able to go to therapy every week or the gynecologist office twice. I will be forever thankful. Everyone who has helped me along the way has been SO helpful and nice. I recommend this unique health care system 100% to anyone. They are all so trustworthy. Thank you Sidecar Health Care!!!

As a person that rarely uses insurance, I can say that my experience with Sidecar Health over the past year has been super positive. The monthly premium is budget-friendly, and the website allows me to know what insurance will cover before I go to the doctor. The really cool feature is on the phone app, where I can see what other people have paid for their service at a particular doctor, which really helps with the decision process. Low premiums, transparent benefits, and no surprises. I shouldn't have to stress out about going to the doctor, and Sidecar allows me to know what I'm getting into before I leave the house.

Great product...the way paying for health care should be. I love the transparency and flexibility and knowing what my benefits are BEFORE needing care. Could not be happier being a Sidecar member knowing me and my family can see any doctor with no restrictions of a network. Affordable premiums and having the ability to earn money back by being smart on shopping for care is a plus! I highly recommend Sidecar to anyone looking for a simple and logical approach to health care.
