What attracted me to Sidecar Health was that it is affordable and transparent. Their alternative approach to healthcare is exactly what I was looking for as a freelance worker who does not get insurance through an employer. I also like the concept of being able to easily find doctors in my area as well as pricing details. Because they are a new company, they are still building upon available data, so not all details are listed unfortunately, but I hope as the company grows, their data will become more robust. Overall, Sidecar Health makes navigating healthcare a lot simpler and I think they're onto something!

SideCar Health is an innovative way to have health coverage today. If you are willing to compare the out of pocket cost of an HMO plan from the ACA to a PPO indemnity policy you'll see the savings and value! Having SideCar brings flexibility and value. Today we must be more pro-active in our healthcare if we do not want to waste valuable dollars earned. The only time the ACA policies have any value (to say the least) is when you already have a chronic issue diagnosed.
