Had an issue with the provider getting my the correct documents and Sidecar rep helped with providing a fax number to have the provider submit the document directly since they were refusing to provide the medical record directly to me. Thanks for all your help!

Insurance ok but it's a pain getting the providers to give any paper work that sidecar keeps asking for. Provider days that's all we have and sidecar keeps asking for more information. I'm alway stuck in middle and wind up paying full. Not really worth the trouble. Help

Been with them over a year now and no issues. Easy to use their debit card and upload expenses. Highly recommend.

Sidecar Health is a refreshing new way for a health plan. I love how easy it is to submit your claims on the app & claims are processed so quickly. Customer service is soooo much better than BCBS that we had before! I highly recommend.

Thanks to Isabel I got my reimbursement. Radiology Regional was difficult, refused to provide with the necessary information. Isabel helped me through the process of negotiations and explained to me what to do. She resolved my issue.
