I have had my family on Sidecar Health since January 2022. We have been able to see all of our doctors and our prescriptions have been covered on most cases for more than the cash price. We make a point to upload the invoices as soon as we pay so as to not lose track of them just like an expense report for work. We have moved carriers several times and the hassle of finding out a doctor isn't in the network is always a bummer. Not with Sidecar. Most of our doctor visits have been covered at the benefit level and we have one that charges less. Pretty cool.

We have been with Sidecar since Feb and the experience has been great. We have saved at least a few thousand dollar. Customer service is helpful and paying for doctors is way easier than before.

Sidecar is a straightforward approach to health care coverage. I have loved the fact that it requires transparency from the health care providers, and there's little guesswork surrounding what you're paying for when you go to the doctors! I highly recommend.

I've only been a member for a short minute, but what I can say that... Being new I needed assistance navigating the plan and EVERY_SINGLE_TIME I've called I have been connected with an OVER-THE-TOP, friendly assistant immediately (yes, that's for real!) and they have addressed all my needs. Additionally, and most recently, I had to use a telemed app to address an ailment I had during a busy work time... First time using the 'upload your receipts and proof' process. Super straightforward and easy to use. I sent everything on a Thursday evening and the following morning and my benefits were applied THE_FOLLOWING_MORNING. And because the service was less than the benefit amount, I got a credit for more than what I paid! So far, I could not be happier with this plan. Possible unicorn here....

Super easy to use! Pay for visits with benefit card and upload pic of invoice. Straightforward health insurance.

Easy to use. I don't typically see doctors except for one annual appt just for check up/check in's. Relatively easy to use and when I need phone support they are very nice. Not always a one step call but it works.
