Everything about this experience was great. I was able to choose what my illness was and how many days I needed. I would definitely use this doctor again. Thank you for making my experience quick and easy. Especially when you are not well and just need time to heal.

I needed a note for work
I needed a note for work and around 12am I found sick slip website, and in a few hours I had my work excuse emailed to me. Fast reliable and legit. Definitely worth it.

Great job
SickSlip did a great job with my doctor’s note. They were quick, professional, and very detailed. When the pharmacy wasn’t able to have my prescription ready on time, I emailed SickSlip to ask about the cost of changing my return-to-work date. They updated my note at no charge, which I really appreciated. Their customer service was excellent, and the whole process was easy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
