Simple and easy and straight forward

Super easy transaction. Needed a doctor’s note and didn’t want to go to an urgent care for what I knew would be a 24 hour bug. Sick Slip made this easy for me and I didn’t have to leave the house. Simply filled out the form with my symptoms and paid the fee (about $30), and waited maybe a half hour or so and received an email of approval with the pdf of the note needed. I will use them again when needed. Would recommend others to give them a try!

Super easy and quick process! Cheaper than using insurance for an unnecessary proper teledoc video visit, so thats super cool! Relatively quick note also! I think both times its taken maybe 30 minutes at most for the note to be emailed to me. I recommend!
