SickSlip helps eligible patients obtain legitimate medical absence documentation from a licensed physician in their state without leaving home. Each request is reviewed by a licensed physician and, when appropriate, issued as a digitally signed, verifiable document. 100% recommend!
Iva gotten a note a couple times from here. Very quick, accurate. This last time I never received the note but I reached out and they resent it no problem. Didn’t give me the run around, was truly helpful. Definitely recommend!

1st time user. Amazing experience
This was a new experience for me and I didn’t even know something like this existed. I explained my situation and within 9 minutes I had my doctor’s note. It was that easy. Highly recommended and. Very professional too. I will definitely use again.
